not sure why, but believe it has to do with faulty mqtt definition on my behalf out of inexperience.

HI,
Managed setting up my Hassio finally with duckdns, letsencrypt add-on and the mqtt.org add-on. Both seem to work fine.
On my iPhone I tried Owntracks, entering the mqtt account and voila, showing connected. I guess connected to the Mqtt interface? (it also shows connected when using public mode, but i havent really got a clue to what it is connected, and feels rather insecure…) I selected Private, and not the http setting. No tls.
The thing is i think i messed something up, since Owntracks stopped being connected (showing ‘connecting’ without end) when i switch my vpn on the iPhone on. Believe it did before though.
As soon as i switch it off, im connected again.
Don’t really remember if i changed anything important, so hence my question if any of you have experience with vpn and owntracks.
