VRCS2-MRZ inclusion error

Hello,

I’m moving an existing Z-Wave network from an older Vera gateway to a Home Assistant Blue. I’ve been going room my room migrating devices. In my kitchen I have a Leviton VRCS2-MRZ. When I attempt to include it with home assistant, I get a red error dialog in the iOS app UI as in the attached image.

In my logs I see the following:

2022-11-24 13:33:29.496 ERROR (MainThread) [frontend.js.latest.202211080] :0:0 Script error.
2022-11-24 13:36:14.704 ERROR (MainThread) [frontend.js.latest.202211080] :0:0 Script error.
2022-11-24 13:36:16.724 ERROR (MainThread) [frontend.js.latest.202211080] :0:0 Script error.

I was really expecting to see an error about the device not being supported or similar. I’m not sure what to do about this error. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the zwave logs are in a different location.

After moving another equally old device, I have realized that this is likely caused by the device not being excluded from the previous network.
