VS Code gives erroneous errors in automation folder

VS Code is showing erroneous errors in my yaml files. But only the files that are in a sub folder called ‘automations’.

The file association in VS Code is ‘home assistant’. I tried changing it to yaml, with no impact. I don’t think it is the yaml parser (not sure). I think it has something to do with the sub folder.

Any idea how to fix this?
