New to HomeAssistant – converted from SmartThings.
Pairing my door sensors to HomeAssistant and the add fine, but seem to be missing the open/close status. Using Z-WaveJS when pairing and can’t seem to find any entities that relate to status.
Any help appreciated
They maybe hidden by default for some reason. I converted from smartthings about 3 months ago and have a few these from my original Wink system.
Did you get this resolved? I have these sensors working just fine in Home Assistant.
I figured it out. There was some disabled entities, but no true Door Open/Close. Ended up using the “alarm level” entity to get my automations sorted
