Wall mount tablet - need power suggestions

Hi, HA newbie here. I’m currently researching options for wall mounted tablets, partially because we bought a house with older Crestron panels that were totally dead and I’d like to get rid of them. My question has to do with supplying power to the tablets. The old Crestron panels had power supplied via 18 gauge 4 conductor cables which terminate in my A/V closet. Does anyone have a good solution as to how to use the existing cabling to supply the requisite power to a tablet?

If you have existing wiring, it should be walk in the park. You can use something like this on the end of the tablet and this in the closet.
