After rebooting my Unraid server, my VM for HA came online, but I was unable to access the UI, so I checked the console and found the warning.
[WARN] Home Assistant CLI not starting! Jump into emergency console…
Since I don’t own an emergency console, I just got into my car, but that didn’t solve the problem. But seriously, what causes this and how can I fix it?

… i would also wonder where i “stashed it” or if i ever have had one 
Thanks, but most of the references are an installation issue. I’m not installing. I simply rebooted my machine. No changes were made other than rebooting the host system.
Ok, i never read any off, AND never seen this either … I would say It qualifies as a “Bug”, such Error-message (apparently existing for long time) is (more than) a Joke… I wonder how the responsible Dev was thinking here, or it’s something they have forgotten about, It should be “rectified” either with a Path: to this mystery Console, or other “short” suggestions, such as try to reboot again
