Hi,
I was using Sonoff TH16 with ESPHOME to control my water heater since a year ago until it fails last week, I searched for a new one but it turns out that sonoff discontinued TH16 and replaced it with the esp32 based THR316& THR320 which have a problem with the sensor adress discovery when flash with ESPHOME,
So I decided to Made DIY thermostat with 30A relay and esp8266 wifi module and it works great 
,
I make a diagram with the items info and share a photo for the final project + ESPHOME yamel codes
Note: to discover the sensor adress, firs put only dallas and the pin, now you can find the sensor adress in the logs.
