It is also in the recorder, but I found a solution a friend of mine said create a template sensor I did this and it worked right away. but what i think is crazy. this morning I was checking to see if he had counted something and then I found out that my MQTT sensor has suddenly become visible. ???
I haven’t rebooted or anything.

Hi! I dont have experience with Arduino but i compiled my wemos d1board connected to the cc1101 and tried the frecuency finder but the serial monitor shows that the board doesnt change the frecuency to search. Any clues??

There is your clue, your board resets for some reason.

I watched this video on youtube (Wasserzähler Itron Everblu Cyble mit ESP32 und CC1101 auslesen und in Home Assistant visualisieren - YouTube) and in his log you can see that the soft WDT reset is present but his scan works

I would try backward from the last line. It seems to be stuck in a loop and that causes to reset.

Is the C1101 wired correctly?

I cannot really remember the code how it initialize the C1101 and how it does the frequency check. Have you changed anything there by any chance?

The only thing I changed was the // I the code to search the frequency.
The wiring is according the instructions for the wemos d1

Once you find the frequency you must comment out the frequency section again. The section does not stay active.

I think maybe my board was corrupted. I flashed a esp32 and the scan is now working. Thanks guys!!

sudo apt update && apt install git -y

cd WiringPi
sudo ./build

And normally it’s good.
gpio -v → to check the version

You should turn on a bit more logging. There is a constant what has to be changed in the beginning of one of the files for “verbose” logging.

And I would change the frequency step to 2.5kHz to run it quicker. Maybe change the frequency range to a larger one.
