have anyone else had problem whit the Apple TV not showing in HA.?

Me too. I have appletv 4 and discovery enable in config file. I also use the apple_tv beta custom components as well.
did you read the documentation for that custom integration

As Home Assistant does not support zeroconf for custom components, auto-discovery will not work with this component. You will have to manually add your device via the Integrations page.
I have read that and tried to manually add but how do I obtain the login id when I do not see apple_tv_scan under state in development?
Read that you just add apple_tv: in config file to obtain the login id. Tried that as well, but configuration validation does not work when try to valid yaml. It just spins and not produce any errors.
Note: I manually at the add-on into my custom_components folder. I didn’t use HACS to install apple_tv beta.
