Notification commands are not executed on Wear OS. I have one to put my phone to vibrate which works without a glitch. But its not the same case with my new Galaxy 6 classic which is a bummer.
Only a small handful of commands will actually work on the watch. The watch lacks the specific permission required to change ringer mode so until Google adds it the watch cannot support the feature.
If it is not too much to ask, can you please list the commands you know of that work on Wear OS as of now
