I just got suckered into getting a Samsung Watch 4 with wear OS by Samsung.

What is the cheapest watch that has REAL wear OS? And or best suggestion.

samsung galaxy watch 4 is about as real as it gets, samsung works with Google now to do Wear OS updates. Galaxy Watch 4 and 5 are both great devices.

Thanks, I found the play store. I was mislead with the searches that said samsung takes over the health stuff. But I did get HA on it. Now to figure it out
