Web interface not starting

I’ve hassio running on raspberry 3b+
There has been a short power surge and since then the web interface won’t start
I’ve restarted the rasberrry, but didn’t help
SSH and samba are running

In the log file there a lot of line like this
ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.setup] Unable to prepare setup for platform mqtt.switch: Could not set up all dependencies.

One for any platform

from ssh I tried hassio homeassistant stop, start, restart and all gave Error:

go to the first one in the file. fix the first error, restart, and move on to the next
