Web Page card, refused to connect

Im trying to open an external webpage but i get the error refused to connect.
Any help ?

Do you use http: or https: to connect to home assistant?

What does your webpage use?

im using cloudlfare tunnel to access my home assistant , running HASSOS on RPI4.
Can i change my connection to https instead of http ?

music.apple.com refused to connect.

I’m using https though, through nabu casa.
