Hi I’m new to this so please excuse me if I’m being stupid.
I’ve set up the HelloWorld app that came with a fresh install and wanted to get the logs for this separately to the others. I’ve added a new log name to the configuration yaml file and then referenced this in the apps yaml file.
This seems ok as I can see he normal and extra logs in the WenUI log section drop down.
The annoying part and but I don’t get it how and when these logs are pupulated and displayed. All my logs are blank. I’ve had then show up a couple of times but can’t figure out what I did to do that.
The main log that you see in AppDaemon via System and Logs though is visible and populated with the entries I would expect.
