I noticed the introduction of remote storage folders in a previous release and find it very helpful. So I might ask about adding webdav as an additional protocol for mounting remote file systems.
Potential implementation would be:
- add davfs2 package to buildroot
- enhance the dialog for “remote storage” to support webdav as well.
Would be very nice, because if you plan to use an existing storage provider like Hetzner, they offer webdav as well and CIFS is sometimes blocked by carrier grade nat firewalls, so you cannot use without a VPN and so on…
