Weird issue with Aeon Gen5 ZWave Stick

I’ve added:

  • Aeotec Multi Sensor 6
  • Qubino Relay

Every time I trip the sensor and the stick has power (plugged into USB, in home assistant or any other device), the relay gets turned on

When the sensors is un-tripped, the relay gets turned off.

How do I stop this??

Were these devices ever associated? I would remove (delete node) both devices then reset both devices if possible and then re-pair them.

I modified the sensor type to binary sensor and the issue is resolved.
