I use the ova on a ProxMox vm. I recently moved my backups off the local drive and wanted to shrink the system drive. I used gparted to shrink the main partition. Then I added a new smaller disk and copied each partition from the old disk to the new disk. The new disk works, but I have to leave the old disk attached because somehow the old UUIDs of the root partitions are stuck somewhere. If I detach the disk, it hangs on boot looking for the old disk’s root partition UUIDs. Anyone know where I fix that?
Fixed it! I used disk to modify the PARTUUID of the system0 and system1 partitions to match the originals.
