You can control the values. If you have 224 and 104 (or 01D) resistors, that’s for 3.3V.

So im trying to flash the esp wroom 02 battery board, with usb cable but i cant get it to flash, i can see the port in the esphome online flasher it says connecting but nothing happens. any idears how to do it?
