What are these screens for in the IOS mobile app?

I can’t figure out what they do and can’t find any documentation

They’re for Apple Watch complications. It basically allows you to display any sensor from Home Assistant on your Apple Watch screen.

There is a page on the documentation for Apple Watch (click the question mark icon in top right to see docs), but it’s not complete as there’s loads of options that will take a long time to document.
