What editor do you use on Linux

Hi. Finally the last windows computer is out of the house. I used notepad++ for editing. Wjat os there fpr similar ones for Linux?

Try sublime text 3

I love VSCode.

It has built in support for so many things, one of the biggest for me is built in git support, right from the GUI.

Long-time user of Notepad++ but for editing configuration files (for both Home Assistant and openHAB) I use VS Code on Linux and Windows.

I use vim everywhere.

Notepadqq on my mint box.
Nano every where else, have Vs code I installed, just never got round to using it.

Kate all the way here, love the ease with I can access files over ssh.

Even though I typically use VS Code, Brackets also is a nice alternative.

I use Syncthing so no ssh needed

Vim. On MacOS, Raspbian (through SSH), anywhere really.
