What is the proper way to use DYNDNS with Home Assistant instead of DUCKDNS

DuckDNS has been down for two days now. I already have DynDNS setup for my Synology NAS and would like to use DynDNS instead of DuckDNS with my Home Assistant.

I can run it with my DynDNS domain but it does not come up as HTTPS and show as un-secured.

The NAS units have and re-new certificates, where due I add the certificate (list them) in Home Assistant?

You’re not alone. A few threads about duckdns problems the past two days. No good answers so far.

in /ssl and per the http instructions
