Seriously, Home Assistant can handle that complexity. But you should spend some time learning more before you get started:

Completely lost in information

I would recommend doing some more reading / research on home assistant before purchasing anything. This will hopefully give you a sense of what you would need to do and the time & energy you will need to accomplish what you want to do. If you do proceed, start small!
