What processor is best for Home Assistant running webRTC, Node Red, etc with few hundred devices on Lenovo m920q w/ i7 CPU?

I have a couple Lenovo m920q TinyPC that I got on ebay. One has an Intel i7-8700T CPU @ 2.40GHz and the other has an i7-9700T CPU @ 2.00GHz. Home Assistant in running in Proxmox on the PC that has the i7-8700T CPU.

Occasionally is seems like HA slows to a crawl and possibly crashes but if it does, it recovers relatively quickly. webRTC is constantly hogging around 20% of the CPU even when no feeds are being viewed. At times I have to reboot it as the number is significantly higher and I can’t get it to come down.

Simply opening my main dashboard that has 5 camera previews, it spikes up to around 50%:

All my camera feeds are 8MP / 4K which is likely why it spikes but the problem is that I either use the 8MP feed or I have to live with terrible quality video (below HD)… not sure why Hikvision chose to do that.

Another option, although less desirable, is for me to replace a CPU with a non T (K?) version which will allow it to run at full speed. I believe I can also go up to a 9900 or 10900. There are many reports that it can be done on this tinyPC.
