There are a few reasons that I haven’t moved my ZWave network to HA from my Vera, and one of them is my Schlage ZWave door lock. From the research I’ve done, it appears that there’s basically no good way to do code management and triggering off of different user codes. All of the solutions I’ve seen look like they involve complicated, convoluted custom code and cards. Will this ever be more straightforward?
Have you tried the new OZW Beta? I have the Schlage lock and there is now a way to add/remove user codes easily. I suppose there could be a lovelace lock card created that makes this easier to do/add because I agree, the lock code management options are complicated.

This was just added to HACS. Makes it super simple. Just add this as a custom repo.
