Whats the easiest way to make a 4 button hue dimmer control a non hue light

I already got the dimmer and light into H.A. I want the 4 buttons to act OEM on a led strip. 1.on. 2 bright, 3, dim. 4 off…is there a Button control, or do I have to use “automation”. thank you
