I’ve been through reviews and rejections before for other apps. This time they only rejected it for metadata after reviewing the app, so you’re right, they are going to have to review the app once more before it will get approved. I provided a demo instance, so not sure where the problem was. They also asked what the iTunes File Sharing feature is for (custom push notification sounds).

I think the app is just a bit complex for them, so they just need to understand what it does. Once they have a clear picture, it should get approved.
