Where are addon config.yaml 's; they don't seem to be in /addon_configs

I’m running HAOS 15.2, and specifically looking for the ftp config. But I don’t see any of configs of any of the addons? Are these addons running in their own containers, and are the configs there? If so, how do I find them? Thanks, sorry for the newbie question

Yes.

And you mostly configure an add-on via the GUI. There is a “Configuration” tab on the add-on page.

Some add-ons provide config outside the container. For that see the specific add-on configuration instructions.
