Where did you buy the newer Aqara door sensor MCCGQ14LM?

I read there are 2 types Aqara door sensor:

MCCGQ11LM (zigbee 1.2)
MCCGQ14LM (zigbee 3.0)

If you have the newer version, where did you buy it? It seems I cannot find it in AliExpress:

And I also cannot find it in Amazon, only the older ones. Aqara official website also doesn’t mention it.
