Where do I find all config and database?

Hello,
I have a HA VM (Proxmox). I cannot do a backup, but I have all the files. Where do I find everything I need for setting up a new HA VM?
I need database and complete config. Where I have to look?

Assuming you’re running HAOS and haven’t changed the default database, they’re both in “/config” from within the Docker container, which is mapped to the following on the host VM:

/mnt/data/supervisor/homeassistant

But it begs the question - why can’t you do a backup?
