Where do i find Location Declaration?

Hi All,
Im Bob Walberg and i try to install Home Assistant to a Synology. There is a link which describes some additional steps:


Exept for the fact server.ReverseProxy.conf is empty and on the other map http.HomeAssistant.conf does not exist. where do i put the two rows that must be put in HomeAssistants location declaration? where do i find location declaration?
