So OZWCP is no longer needed at all when using the most current HA version (no matter where HA is running on)?

In my opinion, the HA z-wave panel does not completely replace the OZWCP. There are 3 items in the OZWCP: Current Values, Configuration and Information.
My Aeotec Nano Dimmer also have some settings in the table information, check the picture below. These settings can’t be edited with the HA z-wave panel.
Correct me if I’m wrong…
