Where is the lovelace config saved?

If I have used the UI editor, where is the configuration files saved?
I cant find any of my new additions in the ui-lovelace.yaml file which was created by the “migrate to lovelace” addon.

I can edit in raw mode from the UI but cant seem to find the correct file to edit it from my text editor.

its in the .storage folder under main config folder. it maybe hidden

is it possible to use both UI editor and code by hand with yaml mode?
in the article on yaml mode it says; “It is possible to write your Lovelace config in YAML instead of via the UI”

For me, instead of would mean one way or the other but not both.
