Which Cloudflare App should I install?

So which add-in should I be using these days?

Should I be installing “Cloudflared”, or “Cloudflare Tunnel”?

Ideally I wanted to just route a subdomain through CloudFlare but I see that seems to only be possible at Enterprise or higher subscriptions, which just ain’t me at home.
