You should start by letting us know what country you are in - as availability can differ.

Hello Orbit,

Welcome to the Home Assistant Discord!

Third Reality are the ones I like the best for Zigbee.

I’ve used a bunch of different brands. The already-mentioned IKEA and Third Reality have worked well for me.

The whole point of Zigbee is that you shouldn’t need to worry about which brand to use; they should all work together just fine.

Of course there are manufacturers who don’t play nice with others, or produce poor quality products, or add unique functions which no-one else can recognize. So it’s good to stick to product lines you know work well, especially if you want functions more complex than just on/off, or a measurement.

You specifically asked about plugs. A simple on/off smart plug also acts as a router to enhance the Zigbee mesh network, so sometimes you want one to extend the network, even if nothing is plugged into it. Other times you want a power-monitoring plug. Those will cost more than a simple on/off device.

I have more Sengled plugs than anything else, but they seem to be discontinued.

Currently buying Third Reality. They’ve had several firmware updates, so make sure OTA is setup properly.

Sonoff plugs caused the only network stability issues on my net I’ve had. Confirmed by removing them (problems went away), then trying to add back (problems returned).

I only use power monitoring plugs if I really need monitoring, just to keep the chatter down on the network.
