Why are Homematic system variables deactivated after every core update?

After the last core updates all of my Homematic (RaspberryMatic add-on) system variables are deactivated, why ?
After each update I have to aktivate each by hand.

It looks like there are a lot more system variables than I actually use and have in RaspberryMatic. Maybe this is a problem of the past. I have kept my RaspberryMatic programs and variables to a minimum. I’m not sure if the add-on or Home Assistant is aware of this.
