Why can't we have an ISO for installation as with 99.9% of OS installs

I was able to install on hardware, but can’t seem to figure out why system can’t reboot into HA with USB removed. That even when I’ve chosen every option in Bios to boot from HDD.
So I tried to install in Virtualbox but can’t seem to get that to install, I’ve installed hundreds of VM’s never seen this sort of failed attenpts with an OS.

Did you disable SecureBoot?
And select UEFI boot?
