Why choose Lutron Radio RA2 (or Radio RA3) over Caseta for Home Assistant users?

I don’t believe this requires the cloud because I don’t have anything open for RadioRa3 to work from outside my home and when setting up I provide the local IP to the processor. Not sure if this helps but I can try pulling the plug on my internet and seeing what happens at another time? Again I don’t have the processor connect to the internet or setup to work with Lutron’s cloud - I don’t think?

The integration is 100% local. It communicates with the RA3 server via telnet.

Any chance you can post a photo of the black button? I’m not able to connect my Lutron Ra 3 to Home Assistant. I saw your comment and got excited. I took the cover of my Ra 3 bridge, but I don’t see a black button anywhere! Help?

front button is all I see on that device?
