I have been searching for how to add a user, and eventually found the option. it is hidden!
To get the Configuration → Users option to display, it is necessary to set advanced mode in my account profile to “unlock advanced features”
Is user account management really advanced functionality? Or am I missing something?
Adding “advanced mode” really wasn’t wise in my opinion. All it does is hinder and confuse people.

I think the initial user creation should be advanced by default (or an option as part of the onboarding process) and each user created after that be ‘non-advanced’ by default (or again, part of the user creation process)
