Why does {{ now( ) }} returns the wrong time?

Typing {{ now( ) }} in the template screen returns 2024-04-13 19:43:28.209446+02:00

Whereas 19:43:28 is the correct time when I did type the command, the +02:00 at the end of the line is wrong. Thus the value of the entity sunset is two hours too late and my automation based on the sunset-trigger fails.
The timezone in the general settings is correct (GMT+01:00) Berlin.
Does anybody know whats wrong here?

Berlin should be GMT+2 as it’s daylight savings right now.

I’m in the UK and we are GMT+1 right now.

I should have counterchecked the sunset time at my location first: home assistant is right and my automation works correctly. - Thank you!
