I know this is an old thread … I was able to successfully change it to a Binary Sensor and observe reports in OZW log, but that’s about it. Even after HA restart, I do not see a binary sensor entity created, still the old basic mode entities. Does anyone know what to do after getting this thing into Binary Mode?
