Why only one word/device detected?

Hi,
I have set up Assist using speech-to-phrase, engine to “de”. The devices I want to test are enabled for Assist and got different names.
As a hardware I’m using the project shown at ESPHome voice assistant with local wake word – Tristam

Why so ever, it seems only to be one phrase getting detected:
“Flurlicht an” or “Flurlicht aus” the success rate is phenomenal, about 100% even when I’m far away.
I have tried other devices like “Schlafzimmerlicht”, “Wohnzimmerlicht”, “Bettlicht” and there: No detection, not even one successfull.
Related to the overview here I would assume they are supported and also under developer-tools/assist says they are supported. But the debugger says “No text recognized (stt-no-text-recognized)”.

This is list of supported sentences for speech to phrase

English language sentence has much larger support but I feel even this may be limited. I imagine they need someone to add the translations for german
