Imagine a situation:
– a user added some new automation last week - and forgot which ones;
– a used was changing some automations - then suddenly he stopped the work; now he is trying to remember which automations are still in work;
– same about entities (some of them were created / changed via yaml; some were created automatically by integrations).
And imagine that these fields are shown in corresponding columns in table views, a user may sort by this column…
