Hi,
I’ve downloaded & set up Wi-Fi Sensor Tracker from HACS. It is set up correctly & reports zone changes (see pic).
I can’t get it to trigger automations. I know I’m setting up automation correctly (I’ve done many), when I run actions the notification works.
Can anyone help?
For some reason your trigger is not firing - the action the automation takes itself is working fine. You mighty want to consider getting HALP! for really great location tracking (no pun intended).
If you share some of your YAML formatted using the </> button in the editor here, we may likely find some help for you.
Saying I’m doing everything right but HA won’t trigger without something for us to go on is not helpful.
Thanks for the reply. I changed the trigger to “state” it now works.
