Has anyone found a Wi-Fi TRV that allows you to control the steps directly? i.e. I don’t want to simply set a temperature.
This TRV will be attached to a UFH manifold and controls the blending. Currently there is a ‘dumb’ TRV in place with an external temp sensor in a pocket on the manifold. The plan is to remove the dumb TRV and the temp sensor and replace it with a Wi-Fi TRV and a separate temp sensor. I will then control the open/close step via HA. The advantage is that I can then increase the target UFH flow temperature to heat more quickly, and reduce the flow temp as it approaches the target room temp to avoid overshoot.
