WiFi Smart Thermastat Local Connection

I’ve researched smart thermostat and know that Z-Wave thermostat are great for local connections to HA. The bad part is there aren’t many Z-Wave thermostats to choose from. There are, however, a lot of WiFi thermostats. Are their any WiFi smart thermostats that HA can directly connect to without using the cloud services?

I’ll be using this particular thermostat for radiant heat.

Look at this component. It lets you connect to a wifi thermostat. They can push information to a cloud server for mobile app use, but if you close its internet access, still works.

Radio Thermostat is the only one AFAIK.
