Wifi switches for two way and immersion heater

Hi Everyone,

I bought these two wifi switches during prime days. First one is based on ESP and the second is based on Altobeam ALTBM6431. Anybody know if it is possible to tasmota or esphome or similar alternatives for these switches, or even a better alternative for a smart two way switch and 20A immersion heater . I basically want to integrate them to HA get it working without any cloud dependency. Appreciate any help.

I am thinking about returning these, but just wanted to check if there is any luck before that.

You can give a try with tuya convert and see if it is realtek based or esp based. If it is esp based, question will become; does it support ota with tuya convert or you need to wire cables to boot into download mode.

I would not bother with all these and use localtuya integration. Have been using it for all my tuva devices.

I ended up using Tuya integration for the ESP based two way switch and decided to return the non-esp 20A switch. It doesn’t look safe as there is no way to connect ground/earth cable. also it is not based on esp and there is no way to flash it with another open source FW. I decided to keep two way switch because it works and I couldn’t fine another two way alternative so far.
