Wifi Wall Switch WITHOUT TOUCH (1,2 or 3 Gang)

So they work with tasmota. Including the rf part ?

Possibly https://templates.blakadder.com/moes-WS-EUB3-WR.html but there are many many Moes devices on blakadder.

Yes, I can confirm that.
Tuya Convert, followed by Tasmota. The operations are simple on/off of the relay due to the MCU - no short or long presses.
Mild blue LED on relay off, brighter blue on Relay on. Green (across all channels) during WiFi connectivity.
RF functions as advertised…no Tasmota settings needed there.

That’s the one! But you hardly need a template for such Tuya MCU devices. The one channel device works as soon as you choose Tuya MCU (54).
If I were to buy again, I would try Lerlink or Zemi as they allow complete control of the ESP for additional tweaks and settings.

Not all of them put the tuya chip on the same GPIO’s.

this is an option too, works with existing wall switches if you have some space in your gang box

A shelly could be used too and they are a little smaller

Can you say me, please, wich template do you used in your flashed Moes switches for correct function? I will try to flash it witch Tasmota … Original TUYA firmware have very slow reaction in HA … :-/

Thanks, So I can use this template for all version - 1,2,3 gang switches? It´s right? Sorry for my stupid questions, but I am beginer with HA and Tasmota.

Friend, there is actually no template for TuyaMCU…it’s a module.
So, steps are;

  1. Choose TuyaMCU as module. Device will restart. You will notice green LEDs stop blinking. I am assuming you have setup WiFi and MQTT.
  2. In console, type
    TuyaMCU 11,1
This tells the MCU to link Relay1 to Switch one.

One channel device is now complete - you may choose to setup your setoptions etc as you like in your production.

For 2 and 3 ch, just append

TuyaMCU 12,2
TuyaMCU 13,3

Done!

Today I try to flash my switches. All works perfect! Thanks.

Anyone bought Lonsonho wifi rf switch ? It say 41mm… i wanna know if it is UK compatible. If you do have, please measure the depth of the switch from the plate.

There are literally dozens of switches that match this description. Exactly which device?

Probably this will help

#Aliexpress SG$ 21.72 38%OFF | Lonsonho Smart Switch Wifi Tuya Push Button Wall Light Switch 220V No Neutral Wireless Control Smart Home Alexa Google Home

Recently I ordered these switches (3 gang): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000289352430.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.55b94c4dLD6y0n

The buttons feel very nice and have a nice positive click. Under each button there are 3 LEDs.

  • Green, where all 3 are controlled together via a GPIO13 (all on or all off)
  • Red, which are inline with the relays
  • Unkown, the LEDs are populated, but trace back to an unpopulated chip. This is probably for the Zigbee version of the switches. I bet you could wire those unused LEDs to GPIO 0, 2 & 16 in order to control them. I might look into this at a later date.

Lit together (green & red) they make an orange/yellow color.

You can find a simple config file I made for them here: https://gist.github.com/bbbenji/62a0b7978603844f1881a0893ebbdc6c

I also made a config to use with smart bulbs that falls back to the relays when connection to HA is lost: https://gist.github.com/bbbenji/05074c1fba9dc67ac7a99fbaaf1a08f6

Thanks for posting, looks good, will these fit the UK back boxes benji

I can’t say. However, they do fit the EU ones with room to spare for wires and connectors.

This is EU i believe, I have similar but wont fit UK wall due to depth.
