Window air conditioner advice needed

I have a 29"-wide window in the new place I’m renting that has both a 6-20R outlet and a standard 5-15 outlet beneath it, which I figure gives me good power options. I would like to buy something that is known to be easily Wifi compatible with one of the integrations. Looking to cool a 500 sq ft area. I don’t want to spend $1000 on a window AC, but I know I’m not going to get anything cheap.

What is the community’s recommendation?

I have been using 2 GE homekit compatible window A/Cs for the past year and they’ve actually been working quite well with the HA homekit integration. And they were about $280 USD ea.

Those would be ideal. Model number?

At Home Depot the model number is - AEC08LY
At Lowes, virtually the same model is - AHC08LY

(I have one of each.)

GE calls it - AHEK08AC

But they’re all the same A/C unit, WiFi, HomeKit and 8,000 BTU.
