The OP wants opener which opens to the inside, however since her/his thread title is more general, I’m chiming in regarding window to open to the inside.
There is this a zigbee opener, but it won’t work with HA. (When I looked for a Zigbee opener at Amazon, I didn’t find anything that would work with Home Assistant. Amazon with their Alexa controller, has a conflict of interest with Home Assistant?)
