Windows companion app - 32-bit?

Hi there,

I have an old Asus TA100 tablet which is UEFI-locked to 32-bit architecture… I want to use it as a sort of wall display for Home Assistant so I started looking at companion apps and sadly realized they are all pretty much for x64 systems.
The only thing working is homeassistant-desktop but that’s pretty much the same as using a browser…

Is there any other working solution for this situation? It would be great if some basic stuff could be done on the tablet, like turning on the screen based on presence sensor and god knows what else…

Thanks!

What about linux? A quick google shows it can be installed on the ta100.

Let’s say that’s my last resort - I’m not keen on removing the factory installed windows from the tablet as it’s licensed to the device, I’m not sure what happens with all the license information.
